In addition to our manufactured line of knitted nylon and polyester mesh, Jason Mills also produces an extensive line of custom cut sports netting. Typical end uses are gymnasium dividers, golf course perimeter nets, golf cages, impact screens, baseball cages, baseball crowd protection, hockey, lacrosse and arena nets.
The fibers in all of our nets are either 100% nylon or 100% polyester, UV protected, and if needed can be treated with a fire resistant finish.
We here at Jason Mills strongly recommend that you place your orders early as spring time usually is a very busy time of year for netting products.
Please see the list below for the knotless netting styles we carry and their suggested end uses:
Please call or email one of our knowledgeable account representatives to discuss your netting needs. Remember, spring is around the corner. Order your netting now and avoid delays later. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
One of the larger markets where mesh is used is that of the Public Institution: hospitals, schools and prisons are three examples. Bidding levels the playing field as the winner must meet three criteria:price, performance and delivery. Jason Mills fabrics are institutionally tested tough to not only meet the demands of the bid, but to perform, once purchased, in the field. Fabrics that are usually polyester and fall within the 5.5 oz - 6.5 oz weight range are the norm for bag production. The US government is also a large user of bid fabrics. In these cases fabrics must be Berry Amendment compliant. That is, fabric that is 100% Made In The USA: yarn, knitting, dyeing & finishing all must be of domestic origin. A popular US government bid item is one that meets mil spec 8061-C. This is a nylon fabric that is used on tactical military vests. Jason Mills manufactures this Berry Amendment compliant item, but also manufactures a commercial version using import yarn (only the yarn is imported as we knit, dye & finish in the US.) These are just two such examples. We will research specifications to insure that our products out-perform and meet all bid expectations.
