Incorporated in 1976, the New Jersey business of Jason Mills, Inc. began with a primary focus of supplying knitted fabric to the headwear, lingerie and athletic uniform industries.  High quality, reasonable prices and a dedication to customer satisfaction were the key building blocks of this company.  Under the leadership of its founding brothers, Thomas, Sr. and Richard Cosgriff, Jason Mills, Inc. established itself as a successful service-oriented company.  Noting the signs of the foreseeable change in domestic manufacturing and foreign imports, the company began to diversify its marketing efforts and in 1982 began to develop industrial fabrics in addition to our extensive line of apparel fabrics.

In 1989 Thomas Cosgriff, Jr. "T.J."  joined the business and with his technical and marketing expertise enabled us to expand our customer base as well as our fabric line.  Consequently, today we supply fabrics in over 50 different industries throughout the United States, Canada and several foreign countries

Michael Lavroff, joined as director of sales and production in 1992.  He was an integral part of our success due to his extensive background in slitting and fabric processing.  In 2007, Michael bought the company from our founders and now intends to continue building Jason Mills as the leader of the textile industry.

After more than 30 years in business we have a limitless range of machines available.  In addition to knitting, we also provide dyeing and finishing, laminating and slitting services to our customers.  We utilize a wide range of yarns in our manufacturing from fifteen to one thousand deniers.  We are a service-oriented company continuing to meet our customer’s requirements for quality wholesale fabric as we have done for over 30 years.  Our commitment to our customers is to provide the highest quality service at reasonable prices.
